Marapets and Hotspot Shield?

I'm asking this for my friend who plays, I thought somebody here would probably know. Does anybody know whether or not they would ban somebody for using Hotspot Shield (Because it might look like they have tons of accounts or something)? Do they recognize the IP address as HSS like Neo and let all the people go or will they ban them?

They're mostly concerned about multiple accounts on the same IP so using multiple IPs shouldn't really be a huge problem I don't think.

They'll just need to mention it to staff, that they come on from multiple IPs

Not sure how Hotspot Shield works but it still wouldn't seem practical to log in from a different IP from a different part of the world every time you log in.. that should be a red flag no matter what website you're using
