+Rep in PMs ?

I get this problem from time to time when someone provides me a service but I can't find a post to +rep them, since all the exchange was made in private. I then have to find a post completely unrelated to the said service to +rep them.

It's not really a big deal, though, but would it be possible to add the +rep button to the PMs ?

PMs are private for a reason, and since we monitor reputation comments to make sure they are worth being given, this wouldn't workout too well... :(
