How do you get reputation?

Just because right now I don't have the money for VIP and want to try and earn official rank for stealth buyer. It looks like nobody has more than like 10 rep power, how do you get it?

You make guides, help people out and so on. :)

Depends how useful your guide is. AlsO, if you put effort into creating one, people will rep

Just guides that would be useful with neopets or real life. A guide like "How to eat a towel" may be entertaining, but not useful. Just use your best judgement! ^^ You could write about a neopets cheat that you recently discovered, etc.

Try including pictures in your guide and try to be in depth
