Notification/Profile Suggestion

I dont know how feasible this is, but it might also be quite simple to implement too

On each users profile there are both mention and quote sections.

However wouldn't it be useful if you (meaning you viewing your own profile) or I guess all users could have the word quote/mention take you to that actual post?

I've seen this on other forums and I know that it's pretty useful for me, especially when accidentally clicking and loading one notification when multiple are there, making them harder to find.

I understand that you can click the thread name and find it, but when its old and there are tons and tons of pages, it would be much harder than on a simple thread no?

I'm not sure I follow.

When you click the link to the thread, it takes you to the exact post you were quoted or mentioned in.
Nothing needs to be changed. It doesn't take you to the thread, it takes you to each specific post.

Or am I misunderstanding?

Oh for some reason in some instances some links were taking me directly to the post, whereas others were taking me to the general board. �
