Looking to get a new phone

I'm tired of the fails of my Nokia Lumia 610, particularly as regards whatsapp and the lies it tells me about photos. I'm looking for a phone with a good camera, larger than my hand screen, and good apps. The HTC has been recommended, but I'd like a few more suggestions if possible.

If you're low on budget (and even if you aren't :D), I'd recommend you the Moto G it's super cheap and it has really really nice specs (except for the 1GB of RAM it could always have more XD, but 1GB or RAM will be most likely enough) or a Galaxy S4/S5.

if new, every phone is speedy. mine is normal. my mom have a problematic S3 which is really slow :P the S3 is slow in comparisson to the Moto X. Moto X is really better (almost for me)

Ah, I see, although I've had my previous iphone for what, 4 years and it runs around the same speed as my current iphone 5 :p

S3 should be adequate, also be sure to run regular maintenance cleanups on your phone .. people with slow phones sometimes have apps that don't close properly, auto start, are residual or broken bogging it down

I would also say the S3, but if you want something newer that's also affordable, I'd recommend the S4 mini. It's still pretty large, I'd say iPhone size.

Apple is the most durable, at least in my experience. You could wait it out for iPhone 6 regarding the screen issue though, it's rumored that they'll release a phone with a significantly larger screen size. :)

Samsung really has better features but break easier.

Google Nexus is awesome and cheaper than the samsung galaxy. I have the 5, but I think the 4 is fine too.

4 Is decent I have one of those , but battery life kind of sucks in comparison to the 5 and it does not support 4g , still a nice cheap phone though.

I have the iPhone 5c, and had it for about a year still seems around the same speed..

I don't download a lot of apps though, and I turn off a lot of extra's on my phone that seem to keep that battery life good all day long.

Not sure when it's coming out but the iPhone 6 will be considerably larger than iPhone 5, so maybe you can give that a go? Will be pretty pricey though...

I agree my iPhone 5C is sooo small it's really hard to see much when it's VS a Galaxy S4 or even S3.. :(

I kinda regret, but not regret at the same time in my phone choice..

If you are looking for a phone under 15k rupees, then Gionee m2 will be great.
