I only played Hearthstone to get the Hearthsteed mount for WoW, I haven't played since then. But I really enjoyed the game! I should get back into it haha. :)

Hearthstone's completely free. You can buy card packs and use real money instead of the gold you have in game to purchase an arena though. It's hard to resist not wanting to buy 5... 10... 40 packs though :$
