Proxy to work

I can't seem to get a proxy to work with firefox or any neopets programs, sometimes they will work but go really slow and timeout. Does any know how to get proxys to work or a site to get good proxys from?

this worked really well for me. c: Just download it, c/p from the sites, and check for fast level 1's!

This isn't working for me either, it might be my computer. I tried a fast level one proxy and still displayed my ip adress. Next I put it into firefox and it was going really slow, so idk.
