Oddly enough, I -squee'd- when I saw the head. It kind of has a chibi-type feel to it (for me at least).

They had to keep some part of it "kacheek-like".

Besides, compared to the Mara Poogle, this is pretty nice :P

Omg the Maraquan Poogle is hideous.
It's some weird hammer shark with a huge face.



anyway, one reason I don't like it is because Maraquan is a theme on Neopets. A goldfish isn't maraquan like. Maraquans have like...I don't know really pretty tentacles and stuff like that.
This is just...a common gold fish you buy at PetSmart for 0.19 cents.
They spend so much time making the Ixi, Draik, Gelert, Cybunny, etc have a nice Maraquan theme and then they just draw a goldfish for the Kacheek. They can do so much better, not creative.


And why is it's head so high up? Like they concentrated so much on the body and then they're like "Oh crap...we forgot a head. Just randomly draw one"

I think they should atl east alter the face a bit to make it more gold fish looking or like as if it was one entity rather than a cross.

I guess I can see why the positioning of the face is kinda funky. I like it though X3

The back fins are now making me think of the Mara Kyrii. I wonder if they reused any design ideas now :\
