Well, it looks like they only have her email address, or they'd be inside already, and they obviously can't read the email cause it's been sent several times. It's possible her email address just ended up on some bulk mail list or a forum they pulled it from and they're running the unregistered checker on it.

It's probably people attempting to find unreg emails.
Your email is probably on some old hash list, or they just harvested it from somewhere.

I wouldn't be worried, just change your password and other info and you should be fine
