So I bought a Prepaid credit card because paypal has decided to limit my account.
They told me to do 3 things. Change my password, change my security question and to verify my address by confirming it to my phone number.
The problem is with the third one. I dont use credit card on my paypal. Only debit card from Canada. I dont have a credit card so i bought a prepaid vanilla mastercard. I filled out all the form and this is what it said when I hit submit:
"This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card."
Any help or suggestions? I still have like 1.5g on my paypal and I cant do anything with it atm.
