My name's Jen and I'm currently a junior in college. I'm a chemistry major and chinese minor, so I spend lots of time crying myself to sleep every night while my roommate plays FF12 on my ps2 because she's an english major :P

Lame jokes aside, in my spare time, I like to cosplay with a group of friends. I'm planning on going to at least 2 conventions this year, so I'm definitely excited for that. I'm not so excited about the amount of money those events will cost but I guess I could have worse hobby, like snorting crack off of hookers and such. I still play neopets because I enjoy watching my slave-army make money for me while I literally do nothing.

I didn't think I could make costumes at first either but I got dragged into it by friends and just sort of had to sink or swim. My first completely hand-made costume didn't turn out so badly so I'm hoping the next ones won't be as hard.

It's a pretty nice place, a good place to waste time in while avoiding homework. I like that clraik is a community about neopets without the immaturity that is rampant on the neoboards. Maybe if I was like 5+ years younger I could find the neoboards tolerable but I feel that even that would be stretch.

That's so true. There's still an immature person that pops up now and then, but overall this is a much more mature community than neopets.

Haha, thank god. I'm used to the MMO community level of maturity, but the Neopets community has to take the cake for immaturity.
