Can't give rep?

I haven't been able to give rep to people who deserve it is it not completely set up yet?

I think the issue is that we can't state how much rep we want to give in the box, it doesn't give us that option.

Theres a bug with the reputation system right now. So be patient while I have figure it out.

Im not 100% sure, But i thought i previously read That it isnt allowed yet because everything hasnt been set up.
