Help with a program please

I need to make a program for my job and I have no idea how to do it, silly me volunteering hehe I know. I thought you guys could help me out a bit :P

So, I need a program that runs 24 hours and each hour (~) goes to a site (from a list of sites I have) and searches a "keyword". I would need this to have a proxy, and I'd be using it to help higher the Alexa ranking.

Anyone know if this can be done? Would it be hard? How can I make it?

Does the program have to log into a site, or just open the page? Would it have to switch proxies, on every site visit?
