I can't believe this is my first non-intro thread here, but I'll blame the alcohol/impulsiveness.
Except I'll probably be embarrassed in the morning and never post again for months.

So, do any of you guys suffer from migraines and how do you cope?
I have glare-reducing glasses and I use Sublime2, but it mostly just takes the edge off of just some of my coding-related triggers. Once one starts to fully swing in, they make no difference, and I feel like I end up confronting too many triggers at once (basically all of mine except auditory and olfactory ones).
After dropping two consecutive classes due to migraines, frustration is an understatement.

Also, sorry if this belongs somewhere else.

unfortunatley
i suffer from worse then headaches.
they are called cluster headaaches.
there is no way to cope. so i just tough it out, although this one prescribed medicine works. if not, chewing up 5 ibu's does the trick in like an hour.

I pray u dont suffer from it. its worse them migraines :(

when i say 5 ibu, i mean doing that then taking a long as fuck shower. idk how but it helps mine to a mild throb

i qoute "]The pain of cluster headaches is remarkably greater than in other headache conditions, including severe migraine. The term "Headache" does not adequately convey the severity of the condition; experts have suggested that the disease may be the most painful condition known to medical science. Female patients have reported cluster headache pain as being more severe than childbirth."

i thought it was just migranes at first until my doctor diagnosed me with it. i always thought migraines were tthis painful. luckily it comes in spirts

I know of Cluster Headaches are honestly one of my worst fears.

I feel for you so terribly. I really am sorry you have them.

I can't even imagine what it's like. I know how painful and terrible my migraines can be, and I jsut can't imagine what you experience.
