In need of a quick book review and essay [+rep]

The book review is a short quick one. Haven't reread the book yet and don't have too much time to spare doing so.

I would also like to ask for help in doing an essay (even an outline is a major help). Post if you can help and I'll PM details.

The book is City of Bones, the first book of The Mortal Instruments trilogy.
Deadline is in 9AM NST.

Edit: For the book review, I can get it by 3AM NST but the outline/essay is needed immediately.
