Forum Mascot?

Well I was thinking about having a Forum mascot.. I haven't seen other sites implement this and we could have fun with designs for her and stuff.What do you guys think? Good or bad Idea or just a stupid idea?

Cool idea. I'm not sure what use it would be, but it would be harmless to have one, for sure. Perhaps it could be made into a little emoticon. I don't know.

I'd envision the potential mascot being a little "meaner" than that one, though it's a good start. I think the colours are probably at fault there, they may need to be darker.

True :O I did have a different color envisioned for her, but I ended up just copying the basic blue draik color.

Little Emoticons would be awesome, for happy, sad or mad posts and stuff like that XD

True, but I always have seen squishy like site mascots.. especially for WoW sites I have been to XD We could have something anime like for the design w/o being too chibi

I have no idea about WoW or anything like that. But... CK doesn't seem like the squishy kind of site. As a cheating forum, doesn't it kind of seem like it should have something a lot less cuddly looking? I don't know. But I mean I really do like the idea.

Cuddly seems alright with me: as long as it's the kind of cuddly that would also happily bite/eat/decapitate you on a whim.

I don't know where we could use it, but it seems a great idea :D Very nice clraik!

I think we could use her for emoticons (for posts instead of these lame smilies.. no offense ^0^)
as well as if we ever do advertising videos for the forum we can stick her in there as well. Maybe we could make a simple flash game with her as the hero or whatever!

Yeah! I was thinking that too.. we can have her next to the clraik logo at the top. For different holidays I can draw a whole slew of clothing and stuff and we could rotate between a few poses for each time you click a new page or whatever.
