Since this section is pretty dead...
Bench- 190 lbs
Squat- 200 lbs ( :( )
Deadlifts- 225 lbs
Overhead Presses- 145 lbs
4 reps x 5 sets
Looking to get the bench, squat and dl numbers up. Especially the squat...

My weight about 180 lbs.
Bench - 225
Squat - 250 (front squat)
Deadlift - 350+
Overhead Press - 160
5x5 is good for busting through plateaus if you're trying to increase bench, squat, DL.
2-4 reps per set is best for increasing strength though

Well tits are a different kind of fitness, if you know what i mean ;)
Im 5'9 and weigh 155 lbs
I sometimes switch it up to 3-4 if im purely looking to train strength.
And i really need to train these chicken legs lol i suck at squats!

I guess this is sort of old but:
Bench- 40 lbs
Squat- 40 lbs
Deadlifts- 45 lbs
Overhead Presses- 20 lbs
I'm really just starting out w/ weights and have only been doing it for a couple weeks and I have like 0 muscle mass. :rolleyes:

Weight's around 135 lbs
Bench 100 lbs 3 x 8 reps
Squat 180 lbs 3 x 8 reps
Never done the rest. I train for jumping at Track and Field lol.

Currently doing 5-3-1, my lifts are as follows:
Bench - 315
Deadlift - 445
Squat - 375
Overhead - 170
Weight - ~193

I just started and I can bench/deadlift more than my squat o.o. Maybe cuz i'm not using proper gym equipment.

it has been far too long since this and i've been busy / slacking
but i can squat 50, deadlift 50, and overhead press like 40 now
Today I started with 30lbs squats. I feels it
