Program request of sorts!

I'm looking for somebody to help me out with a program request.
I would have PMed programming members, but I'm not really sure who all is busy with school and stuff now, so I figured a thread would be more appropriate.

I can give you more details via PM, but I'm essentially looking for a custom account info checker of sorts... with a few little special requests.
