I finally watched The Great Gatsby

So pretty late and there are prolly threads about this...

But I finally watched The Great Gatsby.

My mind was blown.
I love the way Laherman brought post WWI into the movie in a beautiful way.
FREAKIN JAYZ KILLED IT!
I never thought edm or hiphop rap would fit in the jazz era music but he pulls it off flawlessly.
And Lana Del Rey. You are young and beautiful.

Toby Meguire (the Spider-Man dude) was meh. Anybody could've done it but
DiCaprio pull of Gatsby amazingly well. His style fits a wealthy man perfectly.

Ugh when can I torrent it. It was beautiful

I really want to see this movie! I've just heard the soundtrack so far and it already looks pretty amazing!

Leonardo DiCaprio is like a bottle of wine. He gets better with time.

I read the book, and am going to buy the dvd.

The way that Nick was presented ruined it for me :P. In the book he was a good narrator because of his soundness compared to the other characters.

In the movie, having Nick in a sanitarium takes away all reliability from his narration.
