I cant remember the name of it and its been annoying me for weeks.

its about a surfer who wants to put a flag on top of a big rock and only 1 other person has ever done it??

The only one I can think of is Soul Surfer but I know that's not the one you're looking for since that (I'm pretty positive) is the one about the girl who lost her arm.

On another note. I know the girl who soul surfer was based on. Lol she lived on the same island in Hawaii.

nah i cant really remember much haha i know that in the film there is a surfing legend and he is theonly one who has reached the top of the rock and many have tried and it only happens once a yer
