'What is the molarity of an NaOH solution if 15.0mL is exactly neutralized by 7.5 mL of a 0.02 M HC2H3O2 solution'
My teacher told us the answer is 1M, but I keep getting .01 for my answer and have no clue what I'm doing wrong. My work is:
(15.0mL)(x)=(7.5mL)(.02M)

You are right, it's 0.01 M

moles acid = 7.5mL * 0.02 M=0.15
M = 0.15/15 = 0.01

Actually, pretty sure .01M is correct.
(oops, beat to it, but your set-up is correct. Bug your teacher about it)

Wow, glad my teacher with a phd gave me the wrong answer. Thanks everyone! (:
