All SWOTR discussion thread. Talk about everything about the game. From how you got into it to your best time, most hated missions, fun glitches, best class, whatever it may be

I started when it first became F2P and played it everyday until christmas with my friend Evan. Then, we went home for winter break from college and unknown to me, Evan transfered. So now i barely play it and i really want to get back into it.

I've never played but one of my friends wants me to play with him. xP Tell me about it; do you highly recommend it? How's the game play/community on it?

It is an MMORPG and plays something similar to WoW. I think it is absolutely great! You can pick between the Empire and Republic. Then, each has 4 classes and those classes have two different paths to take. Like you can be a tank but when you hit level ten you can go tank/damage or tank/healing depending on your preference. The current level cap is 55 and is wuite hard to reach but it will keep going up as more updates come out. The community is ok but it is a lot of you and since it is Free to Play you should deffinatley try it

Sounds fun lol. Do I need to know a lot about SW to enjoy it? xDD;; I actually have pretty minimal SW knowledge. :c

It doesnt follow the movies. it is set about 3000 years before it. You will learn all you need to know in tutorials and people will be more than welcome to help you if you have any questions

I've been thinking of trying this out, since I don't want to pay for WOW.

I have a profile on it, but I haven't played it in months, even though I want to. I just have been playing other games, mainly trying to get into competitive Pokemon battling lol. Maybe I will get back into it soon

Uh oh. Once you get into competitive online Pokemon battling you're never getting back out. One of my friends got really into it about a month ago, haven't seen him outside since.

Haha I welcome the challenge. I have a goal for it, and I want to try and make Nationals one day. I have a great team, I just need experience first. When the next season rolls around, I intend on entering and seeing how I do.
