Are these times safe?

I'm using the Altador Cup Score Senders, and I am wondering whether the times I am using are safe. I have sent around 2000 scores already, but I just want to double check just in case. Suggestions are welcome!

7~10 seconds for MSN is too risky... you should put a little bit more and then you put your score like 3500-5000.

My friend last year got banned because he sent a score of 4000 in 7 seconds I guess... Put at least 20 seconds to be safe

How about 10-12 seconds?

Try to make 3000 points legitly in 10 sec. If you can, then you are safe :p

10 seconds as in real time or 10 seconds as in the timer in the game?

The only reason why I put 7-10 was because I sent in legit scores of above 3000 when the timer says 0:23. But yea, I can definitely make it to 3000 in ten seconds, timer-wise or not.

10 seconds as in real time, starting by the time you click on "Play the game" and ending when you send the score. If you can make this score, at least increase the time variation. Something like 10-17 to make it safer.
