At first I thought this would go in anime, but since it's Live action of anime, I think it doesn't count.

First off
Death Note
Possible Hollywood movie
Iron Man 3 Director; Shane Black
"Right now Ive got this thing at Warner Bros. called Death Note that I like a lot. Its a Japanese Manga thats very tense and really cool."

Do y'all know of any other Live action attempt in the works?
I just hope these don't crash and burn as a pile of molten shit, like DragonBall: Evolution did.

What do y'all think would make a good Live Action based off of a manga/Anime/anything else.

Unexpected, but I guess not surprising that Monster's getting the live-action treatment. It's an incredible series and it definitely deserves more attention. I don't know if anything they add could make it any better than the original, but at least having del Toro as director is a good sign. His films have been excellent.

One of the problems i see when animes are adapted to live action movies is that they have poor adaptation.
