What is the price of this?

Well I can't seem to figure the price of this since every time I check Shop Wizard and Trading post the price changes(and isn't even in the trading post though other foods with the name in it are for sail there.). So is it safe to asume any price I like? Or do you know the price. The Item is

u can assume the price is around 4k.
