Majin Score Sender keeps saying it's idle.

After I open up Majin Score Sender and put in all my information (and I got the game number and time from Infamous Joe's list), it starts the program. But when it's done, it just says Majin Score Sender currently idle. It doesn't send the information, and I don't get my neopoints. Why does it do this?

By the way- Infamous Joe is a genius! :)
