After identify me as a user of the site, simply aperece the message that has stopped working. What would be the cause and the solution of this problem?

Could be that you don't have the Library files?

Do you already have the lastest .net framework? or are you running this program as admin??

I'm having the same problem too. I tried running it as admin but with no luck.

If you haven't installed the Library files this thread will help you.
[Only registered and activated users can see links]

Install these, and try again.

If not, I always just delete the file, redownload the SS and try it again.
Make sure you run as admin that time, and It should work.
