I've been using some walmart stuff for a year called 6 stars whey.

Whats a better one?
Less carbs and sugars?

Gold Standard 100% Whey made by Optnium nutrition. You can order it at bodybuilding . com (no spaces). It's been their top selling product for like 5 years in a row or you can always get it at a store like GNC or Vitamin Shoppe but it might be a little more expensive at those stores.

I stopped taking everything completely including protein powders now and I am noticing the same results as before. :P Not trying to rip on supplements (some really do work) but do you REALLY need them?? No.

Go home after your workout and eat a peanut butter sandwich.

Depends on what you wanna do, if you want to gain mass, take a protein drink and a pb sandwich 30mins after ur workout
