Help! =] Video help please.

I am needing to post myself doing some ASL for class...

Just the ABC's.
I have recorded it but I want to add some effects to it like a tittle and music and junk..

Can anyone help me figure out how to do this?!
I would love you forever..
But I need it quickish..

Do you use a Mac or pc? If you have a Mac you can use iMovie to add some nice stuff :)

I have a pc...

It has a camera in it but I can't figure out if it has an editing program..

Haha, ASL. I took through ASL III! :D I really enjoyed it and can have full conversations with the Deaf, it's really neat. I retained A LOT more knowledge than people that took Spanish for 3 years. Anyways!

You can also download Adobe Premiere Elements 8 from torrents pretty easily (I hope we're allowed to talk about torrents on here o.o), it's worth it, but probably not best if you're looking for something quick. And when I say quick I mean quick to DL and install.
