Are we allowed to sell our DIABLO III account?

You would be selling everything, yes :). I don't know about recovery, though, like Kat said :P.
There isn't much interest in Diablo here so I'm afraid you probably couldn't fetch too high for it :(

I don't see why not but you should understand the risks of buying an account... the seller may take it back if you did not secure it well for yourself.

that would be hard.. I bought some account from a certain forum last year, after few days the account got banned XD
