and from the site it looked pretty good
but the rating on steam is only 1.2/5
is it actually any good?

I feel this game gets a bad rep, The company may not be running things smoothly but they are always patching the game and adding new content. Right now it still needs alot of work and alot of features still need to be added. But this is by far one of the most intense shooter games ive ever played. Ive never had an adrenaline rush from a video game until i played this game and killed my first bandit and made off with his loot. I really hope the Developers come through on all their promises because if they do this game will really be a great game in the end. Collapse "

This game has a TON of potential. And when you find a game without hackers and play with a friend you can have a lot of fun. However right now, the Devs (through unprofessionalism) and hackers are destroying the game. Not to mention the Devs are a PR nightmare. Building the game on the engine of another game, stealing artwork from other sources (The Walking Dead). Acting like spoilt children on the forums. Random bans for no reason. Straight up lying about game features (all screen shots on the website are fake and do not represent the game at all). Fact is, this game could be really great. But the devs need to start acting like honest professionals and not snake oil salesmen with a bad attitude. And they need to fix the biggest problems with the game, namely the BS nickel and dime transactions and the hackers. Collapse "

its $15, thats like buying someone lunch. basically you find food, med kits, bats, axes, rifles, handguns. There are both zombies and Human players you have to worry about, you do not know who to trust, they could be a bandit or need help like you. its pretty cool. it was only released like a month ago. I usually join a server with like 7 people, until i can find a group to roll with in the big ones.
