Has anyone else checked out this chick's channel?
[Only registered and activated users can see links]

She has 9876545678 videos and each one is dedicated to a different muscle group (i.e. all abdominals, all triceps, allover for your booty, etc), and some of them are even full workouts designed to work your entire body and those ones are longer. They're all equipment-free (as far as I know) so you can just get up and do them at home without having to worry about weights and machines--you just use your body weight. :$

I'm not a huge pop fan but Cassey (the creator or w/e) lets subscribers vote for the song and muscle group they want her to create and she comes out with a new one every week I think. It's a really cool concept, in my opinion!

The videos that only work one set of muscles for the entire song are really challenging. :nonchalance: I can do 200 squats in a row and her squat challenge video still makes my legs achey! If any of you are interested in workout videos on youtube, I definitely recommend you checking out her channel!

Wow that seems pretty awesome! I will have to check this out. My GF has been wanting to get into better shape. Guess this would be a good way to help her out! Thanks for this!

Oh definitely tell her about it!!! Also you should tell her about the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels! I did it for the full thirty days, everyday, and I toned up a LOT and lost about 13 inches over my entire body. :congratulatory: That includes arms, legs, tummy, hips, etc.

Does she have an account on here? If she does, let her know that if she would like any tips she can feel free to message me! :$

I definitely need to do this. I think it would help me if I only worked out one muscle at a time. I mentioned last night that I have chronic fatigue syndrome so going to the gym is damn near impossible for me. I'd really like to get a little stronger, maybe it would help me out ^_^

Try it out!! Heavy weightlifters that are really serious about it usually dedicate different days to different muscle groups (arm day, leg day, etc) so those muscles have time to rest in between workouts. So maybe you could try working your booty one day, abs another, then arms, and so on.

I don't do it for skinny, I do it to be buff and strong. ;) It definitely aids in weight loss overall though!

Oh gosh I'd like to lose the last like 7 pounds that are hanging on from my pregnancy. I was 105 before, now I'm 112. But yes, mostly I'd like to improve my muscle tone. I think it would help in my future pregnancies as well.

Yea I think it would help with toning up but at 112 pounds that would be a solid body size. Unless your like 3 and 1/2 foot tall? lol

It's really hard. :( I'm working on the last 5-10 myself and these pounds are always the hardest. I'm already pretty buff and I'm a size 3-4 so I'm happy with where I'm at currently, but my main goal is lowering my BF% overall so I can show off my abs. :wink-new:

If you have any questions/need support/tips I'm your gal! I'm really into health and fitness and got super serious about it back in August, so I could help you a lot. :$

Also DEAR GOD YOUR DAUGHTER SOUNDS ADORABLE IUYTFRDESHYUJ

Hale, I'll post a picture of her soon :)
I really thought I had responses to this yesterday but apparently it didn't go through!
What if we formed a "New year's Resolution Fitness Support Group"?
We could even make it into a little contest :P

Fitness doesn't have to be a new years resolution, man! Start now!! But yes I would be down to start a support group here hehe. Idk how many people would be interested though. :(

I already have a fitness blog and I'm a part of a fitness forum LOL. But the more support the merrier, IMO.

I've never danced ballet, actually. LOL. I think I did gymnastics when I was four but I have no idea what the tutu was for.
How do I delete an attachment? :(

And I will never be 112lbs. :/ But I'm 5'7" so that's okay. :)
