Limited amount of active sales forums

I was surfing the neo-sales tonight...
I realized how redundant and repetitive some people are with their active forums
I saw some users with like 4 forums!!!
That's ridiculous, I'm sorry.
Especially if you don't want to/don't like to buy from those users.
I don't know
Just tired of seeing the same like few people monopolizing the sales forum.

So
My idea is
Limit the amount of active sales threads a user can have going at one time.

There is supposed to be a rule somewhere that people are only supposed to have 3 active threads. You should have seen this person a month ago who was selling (to put it in a nice way) not-so-highly-coveted-stuff and making 5 threads an hour.

If that's the rule why do i see some people's 5 threads jump up to the the top with a "bump" everyday when they login?

If you see anyone with more than three selling or buying threads going actively pm me and i will close them all and they can remake the ones they like lol. The limit is three.
