Hello all

My name's Lina ♥
At the start of the year on Feb I was about 70kgs, (>_< yep, really let myself go)
But today, I am 59.8kgs or almost (60kgs, it goes up and down)
I have lost 10kgs since I started going gym in Feb of this year.

However,...NOW...I have become so unmotivated...and lazy...
T^T I have no energy and I feel like I will not achieve any more results..
My goal is 57kgs...
But I feel that I will never get there

:/
Plus I can't seem to fit time in the day to go gym..
AND food..FOOD is the real problem..
I love eating T^T
and I really like pasta + rice.

When I was in my diet kinda workout plan thingy..
I did not eat any pasta or rice for dinner,
but now I can't seem to stick to that plan anymore and I'm frightened my weight will go up..

PLEASE...if you have any advice.. HELP ME?
T^T
thank you♥

I personally set something motivating as my computer desktop background. It helps me get schoolwork done and get to the gym. I can post some of the ones I have later if you want because i'm off to bed right now~

Not sure about the motivation part. But as for eating: try eating what you like but less of it? I know it's simple but most people don't do it. If you completely give up on the foods you love (pasta & rice), your bound to just give in and overeat. So what I like to do is eat what I want but eat less then what I usually eat (If that makes sense).

Good Luck! :p

Weight doesn't matter, just stay healthy and fit! ♥

To get fit, you could run and swim.

Recently I started working out and I find it easiest just to have something small to do each day, but it's compulsory.
I go running or swimming every day for between 20 and 30 minutes and it's really helped me :)

I find motivation comes to me by surrounding myself with the things I want the most!
So maybe create a scrapbook or a blog filled with girls who are fit, or look like the size that you want to be. And fill it with healthy food and exercises to motivate you more.

Try eating brown rice and whole grain pasta if you can't give it up. Also watch your food intake. Diet is everything when it comes to losing weight!

If you want to stay focused, take a picture of yourself now, post it up and look at it. Then try to scavenge for a picture where you were at your desired weight at compare the difference. Then each morning, wake up a little earlier and go do cardio. After a month of doing this, take a picture of yourself and look at the progress that has occurred since you began. It'll help you make your way towards the weight you want to reach!

I am a very visual person and these thinspirations photos really stimulate my 'losing weight' mind set. Have you tried it?
