Got a charge back !#$%!

Sold a UC Pet on another sit to a new member.. sent her the pet.. this was back in late december.. i was hit with a freaking charge back from her.. she stated she never recieved the item... so i disputed it to paypal stating she bought a virtual item.. and did recieve this virtual item.. which i didnt understand how she can even do a charge back without proof of buying somthing or not recieving it.. hopefully they take my side...

I didnt realize she didnt send it gift option or i would have refunded it and made her send it gift option only!..

Anyone have this happen to them whereas they actually won the dispute?
