11-20 - .10$ (10 cents)
21-30 - .15$ (15 cents)
31-40 - .20 $ (20 cents)
41-50 - .30$ (30 cents)
51-60 - .35$ (35 cents) (per2 levels)
61-70 - .45$ (45cents) (per 2levels )
71-80 - .50$ (50 cents) (per 2 levels)
81+ - .75$ (75 cents) (per 2 levels)


EVERYTHING I DO IS LEGITAMATE I USE NO BOTS OR ANY CHEATS
I will be using a middle man . And you must have your email linked (to your runescape account) and your security questions done (security reasons)

If I want you to lvl Runecrafting I must provide rune ess, right?

I assume for that you'd want members, right? :P

Oh wow I just reread my post and saw how it looked like a critique. I meant to say that $11 is ridiculously cheap. I only ever got about 70 in runecrafting, but I wish I could have just payed your rates and have it done with
