Well we should eat morning breakfast.we are busy. So we does not eat morning breakfast. but If we does not eat breakfast,Concentration is reduces. Because, we does not eat breakfast it can unnecessary eating at lunch time.Drinking a plenty of water is the effects of diet.And daily exercise are very important. If we are exercise 40 minutes regularly it will be, very healthy.
