depending on your video card, pc is better gameplay and graphics altogether ;)

there are companies who make the console controllers that are able to be used on the PC/Mac, although i can't remember the big company's name at this point

a lot of people I know prefer to use mouse + keyboard over ps3/xbox360 controller, they say its much easier for them. I also know people who just connect there ps3/xbox360 controller to the pc, download the drivers, and play that way. And I'll probably end up getting the 360 version of black ops 2 since my ps3 is modded;)
