I Want to Get Into Programming

But I just don't know where to start. What language should I use, where to download, tutorials, pretty much everything. I'm persistent, fast learner, and I love learning things :) ANY advice or help would be greatly appreciated

YouTube is a wonderful place to start once you have figured out what language you want to do it in ;)
It's good for the simple lessons, but then you have to start digging. I used a lot of google. :)

VB.net probably, I started with/am still with VB6 but .net sounds like it's better.

Use VB.Net - available free (basically full-featured). Look for Visual Basic 2010 Express. Hell, Visual Studio 2012 is set to launch on Sept. 12 (4 days from now)!!

As for tutorials and such, I am no help. I don't know of any good resources besides myself. If I ever have questions while programming, I'll google it or ask on VBForums/Stack Overflow.

I don't know what to tell you in regards to getting started.
