Meh, just because I'm a Mac user doesn't mean I hate PCs. My hubby used a Dell for aaaaages and it was a beast. Haha!

I built my comp. intel i7 2600k, AMD Radeon HD 6870, 1tb sata, 60gb ssd. I mainly run OSX Lion, but I boot into Windows 7 when I wanna cheat NP or when I had Access and/or VB homework.

Nice, someone with some sense. How functional is your hackintosh, have you got sleep to work (and any other problems)?

deadfolx
12-17-2011, 11:08 PM
lol. Thank you!!
Aside from sleep, its 100% working. But I turn sleep off anyway because it can interfere with Pro Tools. And getting the HD-Audio to work was such a pain in the ass when I first installed, but it eventually worked out.

I'm assuming ur a Hackintosh user as well?!?

Kristin

The Mac mice are multi-touch. You can do so much with them!! I actually hate it when I have to fix someone's laptop and I forget that I don't have multi touch. Haha!

This is the mouse, but the trackpad on the laptops does even more.

John
12-18-2011, 10:03 AM
mac touchpads are my favorite feature of them lol:)

they are great. one finger to just click. two fingers is equal to right click on a pc. 3 fingers dragged backwards or forwards allows you to go backwards or forward a page and four fingers allows you to do a lot of things like switch programs, that is not everything just some examples

HP Pavillion G6- 8GB ram, 750gb HD and Quad Core Processor running Windows 8.1, I use this everyday for all sorts, mainly games and Neo services.

I also have an iMac running Mavericks and Parallels for Windows 7. Spec isn't amazing, 4gb Ram and a 250gb hd but hooked up to my 1tb External Hd. I use it mainly for my legit neo account, Music etc.

Custom Made with:

Quad Core
Intel i5 3570 with 3.4 GHz - CPU
1 TB - Hard Drive
Nvidia GTX 560 Ti - Graphics Card
DDR3 8 GB - RAM
Asus Motherboard
Windows 7 64-bit

Graphics card and CPU is slightly older series but computers out date every 6 months so not too bad. The hard drive and RAM is not too much although I didn't need too much at the time I bought it, still don't.
