what is the whole caps thing can someone explain me the caps and neocash thing

Caps are Capsule values, and they are 250 NC apiece, and $1-2 in USD :).
So 5 caps=1250 NC, $5-10.

nc values are rated based on "cap value" 1 cap=250nc 250nc=$2.50
items can be worth more than one cap or one cap based on their origins and when they are from.

most people sell items at 1$ per cap instead of the $2.50 its technically worth on paper.
