So my husband has been working toward a promotion and today his boss has put him up to be considered for a district manager job in Atlanta, GA!
We've been waiting almost a year for this opportunity! I'm so happy! Nothing is set in stone, obviously, but it's still very exciting. It's a huge pay-raise, which we desperately need. And we can't WAIT to get out of this town.

I would die of happiness if we moved to NYC.
Originally they were going to send us to Phoenix, which is not bad. I lived there for like a year when I was 18. But we already live on the east coast and our families live here too. It will be nice to have an easy move, because ATL is only 3 hours away. Eventually we want to live in California, but one thing at a time, right?

I live near Charlotte, NC. THAT is a scary city! But yeah, not really wanting to live IN the city, but probably somewhere just outside.
It's ok tho...my husband is black. People don't mess with me. :D

Really? I lived in Raleigh for 3 years, LURVed it there.
Always went to... I think it was Carye Town Center mall?
Anyways, Forgot what I did in Charlotte, maybe it was a concert.... maybe...

Raleigh is, like, one of the top 5 safest cities in the US. Haha! I've only been there once.
Charlotte is ok, as long as you go with someone who knows it. It's easy to end up in the wrong side of town by accident. Hubby grew up there, so he knows it really well.
