I am trying to upload a avatar that is not oversized, it will not let me, I tried tinypic, imgur, photoshack, it loads when I click the submit button to change the avatar, but when it reloads back it is all empty..

Do you have the avatar on your computer? If you don't then did you try downloading it to your computer and uploading it on clraik using option 2? That solved my problem.

Agree, the best way would be just to upload it from your PC instead of from the URL :)
