CLRAIK Program help?

Whenever I try and start the program, I can do it just fine, it brings me into the verification of my clraik account. No problem. Put that in, verify...

And then nothing. Nothing else comes up, and the verifier closes. Did I miss something when I was looking over things? ):

if its not a program open to all ranks, you are too low to use it. you can buy vip on the main page of the forum and have access to all clraik programs, or you can post and get reputation around the forum for helping out to raise your level.

That only happens to me if i enter the wrong password at first, but have you tried restarting? Are you running as admin?

Sorry for taking so long, but it was indeed a program that I could access at my current level!(It was the Neopoker one) And uhm, where are these library files? I might want to try that.
