Help creating a fake paypal. (+rep!)

So I'm going to be creating a fake Canadian paypal. (for uses unrelated to clraik)
I've never done it before, and I need to know how to make it look as real as possible. Also, if someone sends me money it needs to look like I'm in the US.

I don't think you need one and i can probs give you fake address and Postal code, phone number all that jazz if that's what you're talking about

Not sure what you can do for the fake bank account/cc but use

for the info and note that the cc info does not work.

I am from the US as well, which is why I need to make a Canadian PP. Since they don't need to be verified to send money.
I just want to know how to make it look legit.
