PayPal account frozen

My PayPal account is frozen for a 'a suspicious withdrawal or deposit' D:!
Is there any way to at least know what transaction triggered it, and any way to speed up the process of releasing it ^_^?

They've actually called me twice for my first account, which I stupidly accessed with a proxy, because my regular IP loaded every paypal page for literally 10 minutes. Should actually call them myself and again, they promised to fix it, but didn't -.- Could get some 35 bucks extra $$ :D
