Nope to make that program work, you need to get VIP. You can rank up for other programs but not for this one specifically.

If encryption fails to update one/two times out of everytime you run, that's fine. Just close and reopen. But if it's happening everytime that's not good.

Also make sure your account doesn't get a "password error page" when you login. Like the ones telling you that your username matches the email or your password is too simple.

Have you installed your library files?

And try waiting awhile before trying to open the program again. I had the same problem earlier, solved by just a 5 mins wait.

Okay if encryption fails to update you shouldnt run the program. That's just asking to be frozen. If it fails to update, close it, then run again.

I suggest right click> run as administrator

It's usually server sided ( Neopets problem). Have you installed the VB6 Runtime/Library Files. What version of Windows are you on? Have you tried running on another PC? Also, make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the SS and have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed.

Yes, installed everything . Windows 7 - 64 bits , now i using in my notebook, was working until few hours ago, but stopped now x.x in my other pc works fine , idk why x.x
