No idea how to use them. I never know what times and stuff to put in.

For YYB, just use the times Joe included ^_^(for the sidegames you can alter them to be a bit faster)
With the ABer, try and see how long it takes you to restock something; I recommend 3 seconds :).

I'll browse neopets then I'll open the program and then login there. If I close the program then refresh my browser sometimes it logs me out but I dont see why that would be a problem lol

Ok pasture, basically you want to avoid running a program and browsing the site at the same time.

There are different programs with different settings and guides. make sure to see if anyone made a video on how to use the program or a guide.
