My favourite is 深い森　by Do As Infinity. I think it was a closing song of Inuyasha...

I've never been much into shounen anime, but I know Bleach had some pretty good songs.

Shissou is another good one. It was from Ouran, but it's not girly like Sakura Kiss

Beautiful World by Utada Hikaru is pretty amazing. Used as the OP song for Evangelion 1.0 movie. Daia No Hana (the opening to Black Cat) is one of my favorite songs as well!
