Trading Problem

So someone gave me a a preloaded visa w/ $12.5 usd for a trade of a gsheild.

I only used $2 on the card now the card wont let me charge anything to it.

And I have no way to check the balance I tried messaging the person I traded with about the problem but I get no response

What should I do?

I have all the proper screenshots and logs if needed .

I really want to get this problem fixed because i'm having money issues.

I don't have the card itself only creditcard number cvv and expiration date

he told me it was under visa I used it one time for a $2 payment

now it wont let me charge anything to it anymore..

Maybe the owner has blocked it?
